Located in historic Woodstown, this home blends both modern and rustic ascetics. Walking in, you soon experience the vintage features that include hardwood floors, exposed brick and beams, and turn of the century charm.
It is located in a downtown area, walkable to shops, restaurants, and the local lake. It is conveniently located near many major highways and is accessible to Pennsylvania, Delaware, the Jersey Shore, Cowtown Rodeo and many wineries in the area.
Upon entering into the kitchen, you will notice high ceilings, exposed beams and hardwood floors. The open flow kitchen and dining space has everything you need to cook or bake your favorite dish.
Leading into the living room, we have created a space where you can relax, have a conversation and enjoy a Roku TV.
Also on the first floor are the full bath and laundry space. The bathroom is full of charm including vintage fixtures, subway tile, and heated floors.
The primary and secondary bedrooms are located on the second floor, which has the classic cottage feel.
The primary and secondary bedrooms have comfortable foam mattresses, black out curtains and plenty of storage.
Outside the home, there is a spacious backyard with an adorable shed, that provides additional storage for our renter.
