The property is adjacent to the 68-acre Pauline Murdock wildlife preserve, adding to the peacefulness. Enjoy the numerous wildlife that like to explore the large yard that leads to the wooded forest.
You will find yourself less than a mile from the amenities of Elizabethtown (grocery and drug store, gas, etc.) Enjoy a cold beverage and meal at the Deer’s Head Inn and Halfway House. Or, enjoy golf at Cobble Hill, one of the oldest golf courses in North America. Despite being so close to the village, the road is quiet and secluded, giving the feeling of being disconnected without sacrificing convenience.

Despite the recent renovations, the house still maintains its quaint and rustic Adirondack charm.
Even with the interior renovations, you will not want to spend much time inside! There is a large yard to take advantage of the scenic views. Enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, apple cider, or hot chocolate as you take in the chirping birds or curious wildlife. There’s a large circular driveway that can easily accommodate multiple cars, a boat and separate parking for an RV/camper.
