It consists of two separate and independent units, FEDERICO and CATERINA dwellings, a large car park and a flat garden of 2.000 square meters with numerous and various trees including olive trees, holm oaks, cypress pines and magnolias and a large and well-kept lawn. to sunbathe and play. The entire property is completely fenced to enjoy in complete freedom and tranquility and in the exclusive way of the wide spaces and a view that goes from the Abruzzo countryside to the Gran Sasso mountain.
Also available is a sun terrace, barbecue, tables and chairs, comfortable rocking chairs, hammocks, sun loungers for sunbathing.
Use of the garden is shared for guests of both Houses.
For the children we provide various games.
Heating costs from September to April for both houses are not included in the room rate and are payable on consumption in cash at check out.
