The Younginn’ is a newer, spacious cabin located 5 minutes from Gatlinburg attractions, dining and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Visit Gatlinburg’s zip lines, Ober Gatlinburg, Rowdy Bear Mountain Coaster, AnaKeesta, and more! Pigeon Forge is just 15 minutes away. This 3 story, 2,500 square foot cabin, is loaded with remarkable amenities including three fully covered outdoor decks/patio, dedicated theater room, pool table, arcade, foosball table, hot tub, and backyard with fire pit and grill! Enjoy all the upgrades of this new cabin like: cathedral ceilings, tongue and groove wood working from top to bottom, high speed charter internet, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and top of the line fixtures.
The main level features a living area complete with pull-out sofa and comfy love seat in front of a relaxing stone fireplace and 65” Roku TV. Also on this level is a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast table and dining room table. Step out to the impressively large covered deck to enjoy breakfast on the round picnic table with the beautiful forest view. The master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and Roku TV is also on the main level.
The top level welcomes you with a loveseat and Roku TV in the loft overlooking the 2 story living room. This is the perfect spot to breakout one of our many provided board games. Two bedrooms with king beds, Smart TVs and individual bathrooms are also found on this level. The back bedroom has its own covered balcony, where you can enjoy the peaceful evenings as you relax and get away from it all in a rocking chair.
The bottom level is where all the fun happens! Spend your time in the game room to enjoy the Billiards table, competition size Foosball, 2 player Multicade with 749 games. I bet you can’t play them all! Pass through the game room to be wowed by your own private theater, which features 6 speaker surround sound, 8 movie theater style seats, and two over-sized bean bags! The theater is perfect for viewing any of the DVDs we provide, or your favorite DVD or blue ray from home. Feel free to bring your own game system that easily connects to this 9ft projector screen for an awesome experience. The fourth bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, Smart TV, and outside patio access is also located on this floor.
The covered patio is home to comfortable seating, a four person hot tub, corn hole, giant wooden Jenga, and leads to the backyard with fire pit and grill.
This cabin provides a mountain secluded feel, with access to restaurants, groceries, and local shops within as little as 3 minutes. You are also likely to get a peek at black bears from the cabin! An awesome opportunity to experience from a distance.
