Positive: The staff were very friendly, and the building is conveniently located above a shopping center. There are playgrounds underneath the building that are great for children. It’s close to the train station and public transportation.
Negative: Some areas of the apartment need renovation, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen where there is mold around the faucets. There was no broom available, so I had to purchase one myself. The pricing for the apartment is excessive. There is air conditioning only in the living area, with none in the bedrooms. The owners do not live in the area, so they are unable to assist with requests such as additional towels or bed linens.
Summary: Friendly staff and great location, but the apartment needs renovation
