Razzett ta’Pawlu is one of the prettiest and most particular holiday homes in Gharb. A combination of traditional Maltese property features combined with minimalist accents throughout. Its spacious outdoor space has a large pool & guets enjoy 270' of uninterrupted country views. It’s a treasure.
The Space
What feels like a very secret alley is home to this beautiful Zzzing farmhouse. Walk into a very grand entrance and straight to an outdoor courtyard. Move into a spacious fully-equipped rustic, cottage style kitchen which opens to a very large living room area leading to the pool area which is truly beautiful. Expect tons of traditional features and some beautiful Maltese accents throughout the property.
We’ve added a Smart TV with Netflix, high speed internet and we’ve found the perfect space for a remote working station ideal for travelers who look for a separate desk space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own home-cooked meals. (The kitchen is fantastic however we all know that BBQ season is 12 months a year when you’re living on an island - we recommend that you spend your time outdoors as much as possible!) - cottage vibes all the way. An outdoor stair case which will make you feel like you’re walking in a beautiful movie-set will lead you to another spacious terrace - a glass of wine at sunset is what we recommend for this special spot. Five wonderful bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and 1 main bathroom. Each bedroom is seperate except for 1 single bedroom which is interconnected with 1 of the double bedrooms (ideal for a family with 1 child), so there is a ton of privacy making this a perfect property for large families enjoying holiday time together.
This typical Maltese farmhouse has so many traditional features which celebrate the rich history of the islands - distinctively patterned tiles, high ceilings, stone slabs, beams & so many more. It’s full of character.
