The kitchen is well equipped, however, walking to "downtown Clarinda" with various restaurants is less than 3 blocks away. There is room for everyone to have their own space, but also larger rooms where all can gather. Places to exercise, socialize, or create. Swing on the front porch and watch the world pass by or enjoy the large backyard.
