The house features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, plenty of space to gather, an outdoor shower and a private beach access directly across the very quiet street. The walkover features a "Dune Deck" with plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy the beautiful views and salty air. When you arrive at A New View, you will find plenty of parking for you and your guests. Three cars will fit under the house with even more parking available on the paved driveway. You enter the home via the wet weather entry, a great place for dropping off your beach gear. The unique reverse floor plan brings you up one flight to the sleeping level of the home first. Here you will find the first of three bedrooms on this level. This room features a queen sized bed with a smart television and private, full bath. The ocean view from this bedroom is extraordinary and can be enjoyed via your own covered deck. The next bedroom down the hallway is a great refuge for the kids! Two sets of twin bunk beds will provide plenty of room for sleepovers and ghostly pirate stories! A sink is located in this room for easy wash up before bed time. Access to the covered deck will let the guests occupying this room enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean as well. The third bedroom on this level is located at the end of the hall. This room features two twin sized beds to cozy up in at the end of the night and a smart TV. Another covered deck access is offered in this room. You'll be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the nearby waves of the Atlantic. Access the full bathroom from within this room or from the hallway. The queen and twin bedrooms offer ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months. Head up another flight of stairs to A New View's main living area. The spacious open floor plan offers the perfect base for entertaining and catching up with everyone at the end of the day. You'll walk straight into the great room from the top of the stairs. This room offers plenty of seating for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a movie on the flat screen smart TV. Take advantage of the wireless internet to keep you connected while on your beach vacation. A sleep sofa is available to provide extra options should you need it. Access to the upper deck provides you with expansive ocean views and cool ocean breezes. A portion of this deck is covered to provide shade - the balance of the upper deck is open, making it perfect for working on that tan! The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meal preparation and entertaining. This large kitchen offers ample storage for tucking away groceries and snacks. Bar seating is featured at the island counter adjacent to the dining table, so that all of your guests can sit together for meals. The deck on this level also has a dining table and 4 chairs - morning coffee just tastes better with a bit of salt air! Another deck is located just off the kitchen with a great view of the sound. Since is is western facing, the sunsets are amazing - we call it our Sunset Deck. Opposite the kitchen, you will find the master bedroom. As you enter the master suite, a pocket door allows you to close this area from the living room. The master suite features smart king sized bed, 42" smart TV and ceiling fan. The full sized master bath offers double sinks and a spacious shower. As in all of A New View's bedrooms, access to an ocean facing deck is located in the room. Dogs are welcome with a fee. Bed and bath linens are provided on a complimentary basis.
