This beautiful 2 story house, located at the end of a call de sac, is the perfect combination of luxury, nature, and family time.
This welcoming space can accommodate 3 families comfortably thanks to its huge, specious kids' room, allowing them to have privacy while also enjoying quality time together.
The house borders with a golf court at the heart of the prestige pine crest community and our guests can enjoy the many attractions this area has to offer.
The space
Living area:
The first level includes a wide renovated kitchen over-viewing the dining & family areas.
The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities including a floating Island for maximum cooking comfort, and 3 seating stools for intimate meals.
The dining room has direct access from the kitchen and is overviewing the additional seating area and outdoor deck.
Extra tabel+ chairs are available in the garage.
The family area includes a cozy L-shaped sofa and propane-operated fireplace that can be easily lit at a push of a button for enjoyable warm nights in front of the fireplace as well as a 4K tv, Roku entertainment set up, and a wine cooler.
A Media & Workroom allows maximum privacy with a closed door and includes 4k TV, a writing desk, and a comfy futon that opens to a bed.
Sleeping areas:
The kid's suite is a well-lit, wide space that contains 3 Full bunk beds with a third pull-out twin trundler and an additional twin bed with plenty of room to run around and play and includes many boards games.
The grandmaster suite is located at the edge of the first level and includes a king-size bed, private bathroom & showers with separate sinks, a view of the outdoor deck & backyard, and a 4K TV and air purifier (can be transferred to other rooms).
The second bedroom is located on the 2nd level and has a king-size bed.
The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd level and has a queens size bed.
Bathroom: The first level includes half a bathroom in the entrance and a full bathroom in the parents' suite. The second level includes a full bathroom
Outdoor:
Double door open to a specious fenced deck including tanning beds and a Webber barbecue connected directly to the main house propane line.
Just a few steps off the deck there's a fire pit and a circle seat area for chilly nights and cool mornings.

1GB High-speed WiFi.
A laundry room includes a washer+dreyer.
A second refrigerator is available in the garage.
A golf cart may be available for golf use only and an additional fee.
Parking:
Our large garage allows indoor parking, and our driveway can easily contain 3-4 cars.
The house includes a smart lock, allowing us to create a code for each guest for a fast, easy & safe check-in.

For an extended stay, our cleaning crew would be happy to be at your service for an additional fee.
