A detached 3 bedroom property nestled in a valley, Clovehayes is a short walk to the Town Square of North Tawton, a small market town in the heart of Devon. Walkable shops, cafes, pubs and week day bus service to the City of Exeter.
The property lies within easy reach of Dartmoor National Park and one hour to golden sandy beaches on the North and South coasts of Devon and the Devon /Cornwall border. The City of Exeter with its wonderful Cathedral is 20 miles away. The perfect base to explore Devon, and Cornwall if you like to travel a little further.
