This exclusive property is situated on a private peninsula between the beaches of Kolios and Vromolimnos, boasting access to two private beaches, a large sea water swimming pool, pergola with dining area, a garden, the main house and a lovely guest house as well as private parking. Azero Residence Skiathos offers great uninterrupted views and a magnificent sundown.
The air-conditioned residence consists of 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2023, guest wc and wardrobe, large living room and dining area, an additional outdoor dining area on the terrace overlooking the gardens, study/TV room and large outdoor areas. It also offers a large utility room which can sleep two staff as well as a staff bathroom with shower.
The guest house features a living room two bedrooms with twin beds a bathroom, and its own veranda with outdoor sitting. There are pathways to the two private beaches shared with the house next door.
The main patio features a large pool area with a sea water pool, pergola dining, loungers and sunbeams, umbrellas and overlooks the bay and the private beach below.
The residence is fully renovated and every year undergoes meticulous inspection to correct or add facilities for our guests in order to provide a truly magnificent experience during your holidays on the island.
