Ca'n Perla is a spacious villa for up to 10 persons. Built in a U-shape Ca'n Perla consists of a living/ dining area, an office, a kitchen, a guest toilet, master bedroom with attached bathroom as well as 4 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The centre of U is partly designed as a covered patio and therefore always has plenty of shade at any time of the day. On a garden plot of about 3,200 m2 there is a living area of around 235 m2 available to you as a guest, and additionally about 80 m2, partially covered patios. Also of course there is the pool - 5 x 10 metres with roman steps. You will also find an outdoor grill for summer nights and cosy fireplaces for winter in the living/ dining room and office. Thanks to the heating facility Ca'n Perla can be inhabited all year-round!
