Summary: The houses were clean. Overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals upon arrival. Keys for all units left in 1 unit on kitchen table. Owner took two days to check us in, get us wi-fi password. They offered a high chair and pack n play for our 4 mo infant prior to arrival. It took two days to deliver after repeated texts on ETA. Advertised hot tube did not work. Owner claimed a heating coil was on order to fix it. Listing also advertised that two bedrooms offered 4 twin beds in each room. There were three bedrooms that had an extra “cot” in them. These were twin size, but not a bed rather a thin mattress on a coiled collapsible spring frame. Very uncomfortable to sleep on and not what was advertised by the ability to sleep 18 people. We had 11 people in our party and three people had to sleep on these cots. In unit 1, the shower was missing a glass shower door. Water sprayed on the floor and walls when showering. The toilet also leaked water from the bottom of the bowl making the floor always wet and slippery. We killed 6 cockroaches that entered during our stay. There was a 2 in gap at the bottom of the bathroom door in unit 2 that were letting them in. Bug spray was located by the washer/dryer outside. The last two days we were without WIFI. Repeated texts to the owner were never answered.
