The LR is very large and with its huge Triple Slider glass doors it opens wide so you can let in the fresh ocean air or look out over the ocean. The LR also has a newly added Sleeper Ottoman to the large wraparound couch, and a mini-split AC/Heater was just added to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the Winter. New kitchen Micro and Dishwasher added late 2015. And just late 2018 a New Stainless steel side by side Refrig/Freezer with Ice and Water dispenser. This Unit is a well appointed and furnished Penthouse and it has its own Private Balcony with automatic LED Lighting in the BBQ BAR area that seats 10 plus at the bar, complete with a refrigerator and sink and the breathtaking OCEAN VIEWS- It seats another 30 -40 plus at other areas of the patio on a variety of 5 couches and many lounge chairs, you will never be crowded!. Oh and it also has a gas fire pit seating area for those romantic cooler evenings. It Has 3 BR and 3 Baths with 5 Tv's- 4 Flat Screens- One is a very large one in the Family room w Bluetooth surround sound and HD Cable TV, 3 DVD players and it even has a TV on the Patio. Full Wireless Internet service also. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit. 5 Central AC zones. 2 are Brand new summer of 2011 and the New Mini Split Jan 2016.
This unit has all you need right down to books CD'S and Magazines, It even has a boogie board for the kids! Pack your clothes head to the beach and have fun, The coffee pots are ready and waiting. Just bring the coffee. Both Keurig and regular.
