Spacious, with large indoor and outdoor areas, a total of three bedrooms, two of them suites with king size beds, ocean/city light views, full bathroom, a/c, walking closets and flat screen TVs. This amazing villa offers high speed wireless internet and A/C throughout, unbeatable ocean, beach, city views and the exterior, the possibility to appreciate an exotic flower or scarlet macaw or watch a monkey jumping from tree to tree.
Housekeeping, caretaker and concierge services included free, parking for up to 4 vehicles, BBQ Grill, pool chairs and abundant nature.
The Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, tv, walking closet, full bathroom, A/C mini split units and doors that open into the pool and deck, where monkeys and different species of birds show up every morning.
