Charming cottage with a great location, just 30 meters from the sea and with Grønsfjorden as the closest neighbor. The holiday house is from 1988 and was renovated in 2022. New kitchen and bathroom. Open kitchen solution with living room/dining room in one. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The cabin also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 3 bedrooms inside the cabin and 1 in the annex, which is part of the cabin with entrance from the terrace. Highchair and cot available. Electricity included in the price. Bed linen and towels needs to be brought. There is a great "summer room" on the terrace. Outdoor furniture and grill for barbecue (gas). Parking for 2-3 cars. Nice view of the lake. In Grønsfjorden, you can fish both from the jetty and from a boat. Boat rental at Båly, approx. 4 km away, in Spangereid. Here, you will also find a grocery store and restaurant as well as the famous Spangereid channel. There is also "Under", an underwater restaurant. Spangereid offers great hiking trails and the area is suitable for family activities and hiking. We recommend a trip to Lindesnes lighthouse, Norway's southernmost point. In Lyngdal, a pleasant town approx. 11 km away, you will find Sørlandsbadet. You can also take the trip to Farsund and further on to Lista lighthouse. From Lyngdal to Lista, it is 37 km.
