Guests who wish to drive on their own to Grand Sapphire Residences are kindly requested to check the route from Larnaca Airport or Ercan Airport via Lefkosia (Nicosia). Once past the boarder control in the Turkish quarter of Cyprus you need to take the route which is shown on Google Maps.

Grand Sapphire Resort is still under construction and due to be fully completed in 2024-25. Block A will be ready to accept guests for the summer of 2023. Block B & C and the Hotel are due to be completed at the end of 2024-5. This advertised apartment is in Block A. The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in total, with 2 guests sleeping on the lounge sofa bed.
BEDS CONFIGURATION FOR GRAND SAPPHIRE RESIDENCE:-
1 x Double bed, sleeps 2 guests.
2 x single beds, sleep 2 guests.
1 x Sofa bed located in lounge area, sleeps 2 guests
Baby cot and high chair must be requested before your arrival and is free of charge.
THE BEDROOMS WILL BE PREPARED FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING ON THE BOOKING FORM ONLY. The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests allowed for the rental property on the booking form. The owner will need to be informed of extra overnight guests staying before your arrival, and this will be charged for £25 per extra guests per night and must be paid before you arrive if your plans change. Failure to declare the exact number of guests staying can result in you and your party not gaining access to the apartments on arrival.
DEPOSIT
Your deposit may be held by the website that you booked your stay through and not by the owner, unless you booked through the owner directly on our own website. The owner may request your deposit to be paid separately before your arrival via bank transfer or PayPal if it was not requested via the booking website. Please check on the website that you made your booking through how you need to pay your security/damage deposit if not collected at time of booking. Failure to pay the owner the deposit as and when requested may result in the booking being cancelled. Your deposit will be returned within 14 days after your checkout date. The owner reserves the right to make a claim against your deposit for the following :-
Breakages/Missing items
Extra cleaning charge will be taken after check-out if you leave our home dirty £90.00 ( NINETY POUNDS STERLING), before your deposit is returned.
CHECK IN TIME AFTER : 14.00pm Do not enter the property early without prior consent
CHECKOUT TIME : 12.00 pm noon. Late Checkout charges apply
Late check out charges or loss of full deposit if you fail to leave at your allocated time. (This does not apply if you have already made arrangements with the owner in writing to checkout at a later time). Failure to check out on time may result in ingoing guests not being able to access the apartment on their allocated time. Even if we arrange your taxi transfers, you must vacate the apartment with all your belongings at the allocated time given on your booking form. You may NOT re-enter the apartment and must wait outside or make alternative arrangements for your taxi to pick you up from.
If you wish to check out at a later time, this may still be possible, but you must check with the owner first. Last minute bookings may have been taken after your booking, and if this is the case, you will need to vacate the property on your given time so as not to disrupt our preparation for the next arriving guests.
GRAND SAPPHIRE IS A SELF ENTRY ON ARRIVAL PROPERTY WITH A KEYSAFE CODE ON ENTRY.
(CodeTo be provided before your arrival).
Please leave your keys back in the Keysafe on your departure date. Lost keys are charged for at cost of replacement and taken from your Deposit before it is returned.
ACCESSIBILITY
The main entrance into the apartment is 85cm. Measurements for doorway access to other rooms is 61cm.
SMOKING
THIS IS A STRICTLY A NONE SMOKING HOME.
Please refrain from smoking inside our home. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the terrace areas only.
STRICKLY NO PETS
No stray cats or dogs are to be brought onto or into our property.
24/7 CCTV installed in the outside areas of this complex.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS TO BE HELD INSIDE OUR APARTMENT.
There is a function room that can be hired separately at Grand Sapphire Hotel once completed for your celebration needs during your stay. Please enquire at Reception.
BARBACUE AREA
There will be a dedicated area for barbecues on site once the complex has been completed.
AIR CONDITIONING
Centralised A/C must not be left on if the property is unoccupied. This can be used in the summer for cooling and in the winter for heating the apartment.

NOISE POLICY
Grand Sapphire are surrounded by young families who live nearby, so please keep your noise levels down to an acceptable level. It is illegal to play loud music after 12 'o'clock in built up areas. Please also bear in mind that people may be having a siesta or afternoon naps during the hot summer months. Please keep also bear in mind that your neighbours bedroom will be nearby on the terrace areas, so keep the noise down especially at night.
Please supervise your children’s use of the pool and balcony area’s. Do not leave your children unsupervised in these areas. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or for lost personal property during your stay.
AMENITIES
Washing machine located in the cupboard near the front door at Grand Sapphire. Cloths horse provided for drying cloths.
PERA BEACH CLUB
All guests will have access to a private beach club called Pera. Entry Fees apply.
POOLS AT GRAND SAPPHIRE RESIDENCES AND HOTEL
All guests will have access to the hotel pool and complex of pools at this site. Once the project has been fully completed, there will be over 7,000 sq meters of swimming pools to choose from as well as an indoor heated pool for the winter seasons. Some pools are already completed with more coming soon. Infinity pool on the top floor, which you have to book to use, or have access. Enquire at Reception.
TENNIS COURTS
This facility will be available on site once the whole complex has been completed.
CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA
This facility will be on site once the complex has been fully completed. Play areas are plenty on Long Beach for the children to play on, plus a funfair every night.
SPA/MASSAGE TREATMENTS
This facility will be on site at Grand Sapphire Hotel for all guests to prebook any beauty treatments once the Hotel has been completed.
GYM
This facility will be on site at Grand Sapphire Hotel for all guests to prebook and use once the Hotel has been completed.
Our holiday rental properties are for FAMILIES ONLY. THIS IS A SELF CATERING HOLIDAY LET APARTMENT. All guest who book their stay with us must adhere to our house rules, which are as follows:-
No Parties
Trash/Garbage bags to be emptied in the garbage areas located on each floor. You will be fined by Grand Sapphire Management if you leave personal or garbage in the corridor area.
No personal items to be left in the corridors, for example : shoes, baby buggy or prams. You will be fined by Grand Sapphire Managent. All personal item must be brought into your apartment.
Children must not be allowed to play in the corridors, and must be supervised at all times.
No smoking ( guests may smoke on the balcony area only).
No Pets or Stray animals.
Noise levels to be kept at a minimum at all times.
No drunk and disorderly behaviour that will upset the neighbours, especially late at night.
No ladies/gentlemen of ill repute to be brought onto our property. You will be held responsible for your guests.
Only the number of guests on the booking can stay and the property. Failure to declare and pay for the correct amount of guests staying may result in you being denied access to the apartment.
We wish all our guests to have a great holiday in our home, but we will not tolerate guests who choose to disrespect in our home. Failure to take notice of the house rules will result in your booking being cancelled and you will be asked to leave with immediate effect. The booking Chanel your booking came through will also be informed. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs that you incur and you may still be charged the full cost of your dates that were booked. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings (even during your stay), if our house rules are ignored.
