Positive: Very beautiful area, far from downtown but a nice plaza close to the apartment
Negative: The service, the water heater tank broke and we didn't have hot water for 3 days.We understand those things happen, but I didn't like the manager's attitude. I was treated with disrespect. The kitchen unit was very dirty, and I notified the manager immediately, she never responded to that. My mother and I needed to clean the floors, drawers and wash the silverware. It was an unpleasant odor in the cabinets. They had a very old sponge at the sink and I wish they have a towel in the kitchen. The living room couch had a good amount of food on it. A beautiful condo but dirty.
