In the area, there are many waters with free trout fishing. Large wilderness areas in forests and mountains for wonderful hikes for the whole family all year round. In winter, there is ice fishing on the lakes and northern lights in all shades of color in the sky. 4 km to ski slope with lights. Berry picking and mushroom gathering in autumn. 8 km to the Bindalsfjord with rich sea fishing and where a 13-foot boat with a 20 hp engine. Nice starting point for day trips, i.a. to the mountain Heilhornet with magnificent views of the Helgeland archipelago and to the mountain Trollhatten by Brønnøysund.
