The cottage contains entrance hall / utility room, hallway, two good bedrooms and large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. There is a well-equipped, open kitchen with dining area in connection with the living room with wood stove and a nice floor plan with an opening on one side to the upper floor, which gives a good feeling of space. Exit to the terrace. Two good bedrooms with closet space. On the 1st floor you will find a large bedroom with guest toilet and a nice living room with a view down to the lower floor. In addition, there is a large balcony overlooking the sea. The house has a Genvex system for optimal indoor climate and a central vacuum cleaner. There are only approx. 800 meters to the island's ferry and marina, where there is a buzz of life in a relaxed sailing / tourist atmosphere. Not for rent to youth groups.
