4 Bedroom House in Four Corners, Clermont

Our villa is situated on Glenbrook resort giving free access to the community facilities including gym, tennis courts, pool, play area and fishing lake.
Our South facing pool and spa enjoy the sun all day. Heating pre bookable at extra cost (Recommended October to April).Loungers and outside dining table and chairs allow you to make the most of your time outside.
Open plan living area has comfortable seating to relax and watch the 50" TV, borrow a DVD from the club house or sit and read a book from our collection.
The dining table can be used for family meals or sit in the breakfast nook or at the breakfast bar.
Our newly refurbished kitchen has electric range, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and plenty of appliances, pans, crockery and cutlery for your stay. The separate laundry area has washing machine and tumble dryer plus iron and ironing board .
The master bedroom has a six foot bed with pillow top mattress.Large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. 32" TV in room.
Master bathroom with corner bath, separate walk in shower, two vanity units. Direct access to pool deck.
Queen bedroom has a five foot bed with pillow top mattress. TV in room.
Two twin rooms .
Second bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit.
Games room with pool table, air hockey and basketball game.
All bedding and towels are provided.
Crib and pushchair available for use.

Summary: Overall, the property was exactly what the listing showed. It was well-kept and clean. We had a lot of space to spread out. The lanai and pool area were really nice including the southern exposure. The pool table was used quite a bit as well. I had quite a bit of communication with the property owner and manager, which was always very professional. Only reason we didn’t give it a five out of five is that the supplies were pretty skimpy such as dishwasher soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, hand soap, etc..
