The space
Located in the pretty neighbourhood of Heworth, along the parade of independent shops, you will feel spoilt with convenience on your doorstep! About half a mile from the historic Bar Walls, York city centre can easily be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
Our apartment is thoughtfully presented with comfort, and high quality furnishings.
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a local Co-op supermarket underneath the parade of shops we are located on!
THE ENTRANCE
Through the entrance door (where there is cloak & shoe cupboard), take the staircase to the first floor, and into the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. This is spacious and perfect for socializing and hosting.
THE KITCHEN
- Fully equipped white glossy kitchen, stacks of storage with a central isle.
- Use of integrated double oven, integrated microwave, induction hob, central extractor hood, larder fridge and separate larder freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Breakfast bar with four stools.
THE LIVING ROOM
- Luxury modular sofa with swivel armchair.
- Dimmable spotlights with remote multi colored up-lights to set the mood.
- There is now a 75 inch TV with Denon sound bar
- More entertainment on offer with a PS4 (and 2 controllers), lots of PS4 games and a large selection of Blu Ray 2D & 3D Movies!
THE DINING AREA
- White gloss dining table with bench seats to seat 6.
- Internal Bi-fold doors to separate if required, and French doors letting in lots of natural light.
THE BEDROOMS
- Master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed with mirrored wardrobe space, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps. Use of a hair dryer and wall mounted 43" Smart TV with Netflix applications.
- Two further double bedrooms with double beds, ample wardrobe space, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps. Both also have hairdryers and wall mounted 32" Smart TVs with Netflix applications.
THE BATHROOMS
- Luxury main bathroom on the 2nd floor with his & her sinks, bath with mixer shower (luxurious rainfall and directional shower-heads), large bathroom mirror with LED lighting, de-mister and bluetooth speakers to listen to music whilst having a relaxing bath!
- Second bathroom with toilet, sink and power shower on the 1st floor.
THE OVERALL DÉCOR
Minimalistic décor in white and anthracite, with dimmable spotlights in the main areas, designer anthracite radiators and USB sockets throughout.
FAMILY FACILITIES
There is a travel cot and highchair available for your use. Please make sure you bring your own cot bedding because this is not provided.
THE OUTSIDE
There is a driveway with one parking space with EV (Electric Vehicle) charging unit with sensor lights, there is also further free off street parking adjacent for additional vehicles. Through the wrought iron gate, there is an outdoor seating area in the courtyard to the left with path lights all the way to the front door.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The entrance access area to the apartment is shared with a bungalow where my relatives live.

CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is usually before 10am.
KEYS
The keys are kept within a key safe and the code will be provided 24 hours before check in. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
PARKING
There is a driveway that offers one free parking space with a EV charging unit. If further parking is required there is free off street parking available across the road. Please make sure to check restrictions before parking!
