Summary: The home is absolutely beautiful and clean. The home has the bare minimum of items such as towels and pool towels but enough to get by in the kitchen for cooking small meals. The biggest problem was the check in. I had to contact the rental company for arrival as info was not sent. We had to go to a different area then stated which took several attempts at the gate. We were given a QR code to open gate which never worked for our 4 days so we had to contact the guard every time we went in. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken so we could never lock it. Basically anyone could come in through the screen patio which also had a broken lock and faces the street and leads to the sliding glass door. Fortunately we were always at the home but felt a little uneasy sleeping at night. Overall, the home itself is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable.
