The villa is on a hill above Mlini bay in the medieval town of Dubrovnik on the Adriatic coast. The area is very peaceful and quiet, there is hardly any traffic around villa. But beaches, shops, grocery stores are nearby ( 5-6 minutes by car).
All around the villa there are walls or trees, so nobody can enter the property. The 1000 m² outside area boasts a large pergola with a summer kitchen, fireplace, bbq and dining space. From here you can enjoy breathtaking sea views. Guests have use of the spacious covered garage for three cars, and there is additional parking if required (extra charge).
The villa spreads across three floors and features a generous living space of 700 m². It can accommodate up to twelve guests. The villa consists of three living rooms, five bedrooms and five bathrooms - it offers unforgettable holidays for everybody looking only for the best. The interior is all about comfort and privacy for the most demanding guests. The entire villa is tastefully designed and furnished with modern and antique furnishings. On the ground floor there is a luxurious indoor swimming pool (heated, always) which is perfect especially for children, as they are not exposed to strong sun. And no matter what kind of weather, you can always swim in the indoor pool. It is attached to house (glass doors can be opened all around). The pool is equipped with a jacuzzi, two waterfalls and has access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. There is also sauna and a little fitness studio. And outside in the garden there is another little pool for children. Four to five guests can be accommodated on the ground floor: There are two bedrooms which are furnished with a double bed each. Furthermore, there is a living room, a dining room (with a sea view), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The ground floor has a door with direct access to the garden or a pool. If you want to exercise you will be pleased to find a treadmill, stationary bike and other equipment. On the first floor, where you find the main entrance to the villa, there is a spacious living room giving on to both a large terrace and a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and shower tub and a dining room. On the second floor, there is sleeping space for eight persons: There are three bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom, and a living room with a large sofa and access to a sunny terrace with a sea view. Each bedroom has satellite television and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe and a large bathrom with jacuzzi and seperate shower tub. The second bedroom has one double bed and a private bathroom with a shower tub. The third bedroom has one double bed and one sofa bed, and the private bathroom is equipped with a shower tub. Towels for the swimming pool, a baby cot and high chair are provided.
From the main road it's 700 m to the villa by car (this part of the road leading to the villa is a little bit narrow), by foot it's 300m. The area is safe for children, and much privacy is guaranteed. In Mlini you have a couple of beautiful beaches, water sports, a little aquapark, restaurants and bars: It's about a 10-15 minute walk downhill, going back to the villa will take a little longer since it's uphill.
Below the pool there is a separate apartment where the owner lives. It has a separate entrance and separate parking. The owner only goes in the main villa upon the request of guests, or to maintain the swimming pool and garden - always in agreement with guests.
