This spacious Kissimmee home in a gated community, is great for family get-togethers and reunions. Situated just 6 miles from Disney World, it is ideally located for that short drive there.
Sleeping up to 18 people comfortably, the villa consists of 7 bedrooms consisting of two King master suites, two bedrooms with Queen size beds, two bunk bedrooms each with two bunk beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. One of the King master suites is situated on the lower level as well as the half bathroom. The remaining bedrooms on the upper level as well as two additional bathrooms on the upper floor. The home also offers a second sitting room and dining area.
The garage contains the villa cinema. Large comfortable chairs allow great viewing so sit back & enjoy a film on the large screen with added surround sound.
The home has its own private pool with a large sun deck, sun loungers and pool side seating for outdoor dining. The community has wonderful facilities for your enjoyment such as a large resort pool and a basketball court.
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
