Cottage with sea views located just approx. 50 meters from the roaring North Sea and the child-friendly beach. The cottage is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and appears bright. Practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen with a view of the North Sea and i.a. equipped with flat screen TV with both Danish and German channels, DVD player, free internet and stereo with CD player. There is a wood burning stove to spread coziness and warmth on cooler days. In the kitchen there are i.a. ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Three bedrooms and a cot. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathing environment. There are several terraces with good garden furniture, some of which are covered. From here, the sunset can be enjoyed as dinner is eaten. There is a swing. The area is characterized by its location by the North Sea and a short distance to the Limfjord and has i.a. a large playground, soccer field and campfire site where you can toast marshmallows and bake puff pastry. Not for rent to youth groups.
