Welcome to Jokkmokk, a cozy accommodation a peaceful place for relaxation and recreation. A beautiful natural life by the water with a lake view, the owners live right next door on a large farm so there is a lot of space to move around for socializing and playing. It is 80 meters down to the water and the bathing jetty where you stay together, there are plenty of fish for those who enjoy fishing. The cottage is 20 kilometers from central Jokkmokk and is a quiet area with fantastic surroundings. The cabin is 110 m2 and has two floors, there is a wood-burning stove and a wood-burning stove which is a lovely cozy factor on slightly cooler evenings, there is firewood to buy from the owners on site. Outside there is a seating area and barbecue for lovely summer evenings and relaxation. In the cabin there is a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, one of the beds is a double bed, bathroom with WC, sink and a simple shower. No Wifi, no fiber but good mobile coverage with 4G. Heating: wood stove, wood stove, electric heating and air heat pump. The plot is a total of 3 ha with a large garden and some forest. The surrounding forests are full of mushrooms and berries. The house is the perfect gateway to Lapland's world heritage and large national parks (Sarek, Abisko, Stora Sjöfallet, Padjelanta, Muddus) and Sami culture. If you are attracted by vast landscapes and kilometers of forest, enjoy the mountains, the northern lights and the calm vast nature, then you have found the right place. The area is perfect for berry picking, fishing, hunting, nature and hiking. Being able to be so close to the lake in beautiful nature with a wilderness feeling It is 20 minutes by car to Jokkmokk where there is a grocery store, restaurant, interesting shops in Jokkmokk that are really worth a visit. Lilla Jokkmokk offers so many different experiences, no matter what you're looking for, and shopping is one of them. There are nice shops here that you won't find anywhere else. Jokkmokk also boasts a lot of locally produced and a unique force around the creation of handicrafts, art and handicrafts. Many of the experiences and sights in Jokkmokk are marked and influenced by Sami culture. Welcome to a beautiful place with wonderful experiences and nature.
