This apartment has 2 terraces, one of which faces south with a view directly to the marina and the beach. The other has a view of the beach, the harbor entrance and the sunset. From the terrace, living and dining room you can enjoy the most beautiful sea views. The apartment is nice and modern furnished and has TV in both living rooms and in one bedroom. There are only approx. 5 meters to the sea and less than 100 m to the beach. There are a total of 166 liters in the freezer, of which 76 liters are for fish and placed in a separate freezer in a shed. There is a combined washer / dryer.
