At your private pier there is a rowing boat moored that you can go on wonderful excursions with a filled picnic basket or maybe to try your luck fishing in the lake. There are also many other lakes in the area that have great fishing opportunities. In Västervik you will find the nice older district, where St. Gertrude's Church is the heart of a very beautiful environment. At the beginning of July, a song festival is arranged in Västervik. Do you take a short trip of approx. 40-50 km you will reach one of Sweden's biggest attractions, "Astrid Lindgren's World".
