Summary: Would not have stayed at the property had I known the elevator did not work! That was the main reason I rented this cabin. We had a party of 10, one which is handicapped. We were never able to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, or the movie room because the handicapped person wasn’t able to walk down the 16 or so steps to get to them. Called tge rental office the first day at check in ave they advised they’d send maintenance out to fix it. Called back the next morning and was sent a text message that someone would be there as soon as they finished working on the cabin they were working on. Called back that evening and they said that someone from the elevator company would be there the next day to fix it and they would call with an ETA when they received one. Checked out today and the elevator is still broken. Poor customer service.. Stayed three nights with no elevator so we were unable to enjoy the amenities we paid to enjoy.
