The studio has two queen size beds, dining area for (2), two sofa chairs , cable tv, large closet space, outdoor chairs to sit outside, fully equipped kitchenette with a stove and dishwasher. Perfect to cook small meals. Microwave and mini fridge. Blow dryer/ironing items. Very comfortable space layout for 4. We are not a hotel service- these are self-serve units, meaning that we only provide essentials upon arrival. We do not replenish or offer room service. However, we are available to assist you for emergencies or if anything is not right.
Please view photos. The building is located right in front of the bay , steps from the beach, pools and restaurants. The canal water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) then head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier. A must!

Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.

Want a memorable selfie? Walk down to the beach or gazebo garden to catch an amazing sunset with incredible skyline views of Tampa Bay!

Tomorrow is a new day, what else can you do? Endless options! Go fishing or bring your float and enjoy a nice beach swim! Our beach is very calm. Take a guided boat tour or join a fishing tour. Rent a golf cart and explore the community. Want to visit the small islands? Rent a jet ski (the closest rental place is in Apollo Beach which is 20 mins away) and take a ride to the privately owned but open to public, Beer Can Island! It has a floating Tiki Bar! Need a workout? Head down to the basketball courts, pickleball, tennis courts or fitness center! Have little ones? Plan a picnic in our outdoor picnic area that is located by the Playground! Let the kids play as you grill and enjoy the ocean view! There is also a new arcade game room that is perfect for rainy/hot day indoor fun.
Want to explore outside of the community? Where should we begin?! For family fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Children's Museum, Top Golf and Dave and Busters! Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day.
Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it!

2: 1 minute peaceful walk through the community down to the private beach, restaurants and amenities.
3: We offer cots, high chairs, Pack N Play, baby gates and Grill rentals (when available)
4: Our homes are SELF-SERVE, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the studio for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and /shampoo/conditioner/hand soaps.
5: How does check in work? We send guests the door code the morning of their arrival. Once you enter the unit, you will receive a parking pass, 1 pool card and Wifi Information.Our unit also has a binder filled with information about the area, emergency contact numbers, house rules, community rentals and Tampa Bay activities.
The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, Hotel/Resort with Spa and Beauty Salon, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
