ABOUT OUR HOME'S LOCATION: 617 Old Palmetto Bluff Road is a Stylish Lowcountry home located right in the heart of the Village of the Palmetto Bluff Community (it's the 3rd home on the left when you cross the Village Bridge). It is a Prestigious Standalone Estate home just a five-minute walk from the Montage Palmetto Bluff resort amenities. Other popular amenities within a short walking distance include the 3 Story Treehouse Park & Zipline, the Canoe Club Pool and Fitness Center, the River House Adult Pool, the Montage Spa, both Chapels, and RT's Market. ABOUT OUR HOME'S AMENITIES: Our home has been Professionally Decorated and Furnished with Custom Bed Linens, Draperies & Fabrics throughout. These Luxury Finishes combined with the freshness of being Newly and Fully Remodeled assures that you and your guests and family will stay in a beautifully appointed home. The OPTIONAL Guest House can be added to your reservation (please let us know if you want it) and allows additional privacy for both you and your In-laws, Nanny, or other Guests. The fee for the Guest House is $300 per night. This bedroom also has two 5' long loungers that serve as "mini-Twin" beds for small children (suitable for age 6 or under). • Guest House has a King Bed, separate sitting area, kitchenette with sink, toaster, coffeemaker and microwave, and an en-suite bath with both a tub and shower.
