You will step out of your house, take a few steps, and find yourself on a pristine life-guarded beach! There is wireless Verizon Fios Gigabit internet which super-high speeds throughout the house. This beach home is appointed with 100% brand new upscale furnishings from Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, and World Market. No expense has been spared in remodeling this home and transforming it into a dream beach house. Lower level includes: large family room with couch and leather recliner, television, table and chairs; brand new spa bathroom with oversized shower and washer/dryer; 2 bedrooms with queen beds.
Middle level - open concept- includes very large and modern kitchen with island seating and large dining table that seats 8 people and a kitchen island that seats 3 more people, family room with couch and leather recliner and tv; dining area opens with oversized french doors onto patio with brand new grill; patio table and chairs all look out on magnificent ocean view; powder room with new console sink
