Super Clean! Luxury 5-Star newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage located just three blocks from downtown Huntington Beach (shops and restaurants galore!) and a short 15 minute walk to the beach, Pier and Pacific City outdoor mall. 5 minute walk to 2 big parks! Super fast wifi!
Located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. No parties, drug use or smoking on the premises.
The house has a cozy living room with full size couch, recliner and Apple TV. Good size first bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom has double size bed (and couch/futon). French doors to backyard patio. One bathroom with tub and shower combo.
Gorgeous outdoor space in the front and private back yard. Charming decorative touches throughout the home.
There is a 2-car enclosed/covered garage (enter off alley behind home). Plenty of street parking as well (read signs!).
Two bikes and beach amenities!
30 minute drive to Disneyland!
No pets at any time.
Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Quiet hours 11p-7a.
There is no daily maid service. Guests may be required to use our housekeeper every two weeks. $140/visit.

Summary: Just perfect, nothing more to say. If you are looking for a two-three person stay which is walkable and close to beaches and city but also really calm and private - Go for it! The house is perfect, everything updated and there also for a longer stay. And Wendy was so helpful and always available for questions. Thank you again.
