This lovely house with gorgeous sea views is located right outside of Mönsterås. The house was built in 2011 and has a perfect floor plan. The home has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a proper dining area and a large terrace with grand views of the sea which is only 70 m away. 3 nicely decorated bedrooms with floor heating everywhere. Lounge chairs, dining furniture and grill on the large terrace and generous lawns surround the house. Lots of beaches in the vicinity along with playgrounds, miniature golf, café and restaurants. Boat rental is also available on Oknö.
