Ortnevik is a small settlement with a shop on the south side of the Sognefjord. There is a ferry connection to Nordeide, Høyanger/Vik in Sogn. 450 m to swimming opportunity by sandy beach. Ortnevik is a popular starting point for walks in Stølsheimen, and there is also great hiking terrain and a marked hiking trail along roadless beaches in the Sognefjord. Day trips to Bergen with everything you can experience in a beautiful Western Village, such as Fløybanen, Ulriksbanen, Akvariet, and not to forget Bryggen with its cozy restaurants.
