We love Christmas! Having traveled so often and not being “Home for the Holidays”, we want a home to host those who might want to “Deck the Halls” for more than just the month of December. “It’s the most wonderful time of the year” to be accompanied by St.Nicholas, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer all year long in lights “Merry and Bright”.
****The space****
At our “Winter Wonderland”, the electric fireplace invites you and your family for a movie night with hot chocolate and marshmallows in the great room or you and your friends can enjoy conversations overlooking the hanging upside down Christmas tree (sorry not mistletoe lovers!) from our open-concept-kitchen. There are 4 cozy bedrooms and comfortable beds when everyone’s ready for a “Silent Night”!
Start your “Holly Jolly” day with a shower in any of the 2 bathrooms or have some eggnogs at the kitchen island before you “Jingle All The Way” to the strip which is less than 7 miles away. And for those who truly believe, we hope our home brings “Joy to The World” anytime and every time you’re in Las Vegas! “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” in our home and don’t forget to take an ‘elfie’ and hashtag #lvxmashouse ◡̈
****Guest access****
You're welcome to use the laundry machine for your convenience. Feel free to use the electric fireplace and make sure to turn it off completely. Please hang out in the back yard with quiet hours 10pm-8am in mind. Refrain from hanging in the front & side yard. Please do not access or use anything inside the garage without prior approval.
****Other things to note****
Please do not wear shoes in home!
If there’s any issue with the cleanliness of our home, please notify us & send photos within the first hour of check in
PLEASE DO NOT do the following:
Open the door for anyone
Eat or drink in the bedrooms
Put towels on floor OR wipe cosmetic make-up with it
Use dish soap in the dishwasher. Charges for using dish soap in the dishwasher is minimum $200 for clean up cost & water damage
Smoking in home or $500 charge
Wear shoes or any outdoor footwear in home or $100 charge
Wear our house sandals outside
(Note that any in-home & on-property damages cost and repairs will be further assessed for accurate fee to be charged to guests)
Without Prior Approval:
Do not take or use anything from the garage
Do not light any fire & candles inside or on our property
Do not have packages or mails delivered to our home
Do not have non-overnight guests visiting
Do not use our cleaning robot
PLEASE DO the following:
Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am our neighbors may report any irregular noises and activities (no party!)
Lock all entrances into the home & windows before leaving home or sleeping.
Turn off all water faucets, AC/Heater, electricity, gas, fans and lights completely before check-out or $20 fee per day until home gets serviced.
Remove lint if you use the dryer machine.
Check-out procedure is part of the house rules and is as followed:
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
● Wash any used dishes whether by hand or load, add dishwasher detergent & start the dishwasher. (No need to put the clean dishes away)
● Please only leave all USED: kitchen drawers & cabinets, room nightstands & cabinets OPEN
● Please leave used towels and house sandals at the laundry area & keep the used beddings on the bed (do not put the pillows and comforter back in the closet if you used it!)
● Check all personal belongings as we have no way to return it to you. The cleaners will throw everything that doesn’t belong in our home after check-out.
● Check out promptly at 10AM. If cleaners are delayed we will charge an extra $100 and if the next guests are not able to check-in on time, we will charge 1 extra day stay for the inconvenience.
