Welcome to my house with a large balcony and a breathtaking view of the sea at Silvi Marina and the Apennines. The interior of the property, furnished in a rustic style, consists of four main rooms: a living area, bathroom and two bedrooms, one double and one large room with two single beds.
This accommodation will allow you to have a totally relaxing holiday and be able to reach the sea in just 5 minutes by car.
The house consists of:
Living area: Opening the entrance door one finds oneself in the living area in which there is a wooden kitchen with kitchenette, sink, oven and microwave. In the centre of the room is a wooden table and five chairs, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and enjoying one's meals are stored in the cupboards. A comfortable two-seater sofa is placed next to a large sliding window that separates the interior from the panoramic balcony. There is also a small marble staircase between the living area and the balcony. In this room there is a hot-cold air conditioner to maintain a constant temperature as well as an upright fridge/freezer. On the shelf next to the fridge is a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher for emergencies.
Double bedroom: To the left of the living area it is necessary to descend three steps to access the double bedroom. On either side of the bed are two small wooden wall shelves with mirrors and small drawers. There is also a wooden dresser for storing clothes, two chairs and a coat rack. To the right of the bed there is a wooden window and to the left there is a small cabin where you can put your suitcases without them cluttering up the rest of the room. Hot-cold air conditioning is also present in this room.
Bedroom: Opposite the master bedroom is the larger bedroom, equipped with two single beds with coloured shelves, a wooden desk with drawer, a large sliding wardrobe and a window.
Bathroom: The bathroom is located halfway between the double room and the small bedroom and is equipped with a bathtub/shower with massage jets, a bidet, a toilet and a cabinet with a mirror inside which are towels and a hairdryer.
Outdoor area: On the outside of the house there is a private sloping area where you can park your car. Near the entrance to the house there is a small lounge with a straw table and two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view.
The check-in phase will be carried out in complete autonomy thanks to a self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions for accessing the flat and for registering your identity card or passport (which must be done no later than 24 hours from the time of check-in, as required by Italian law). Similarly, upon check-out, you will be able to leave the flat independently.
