A professional, commercial interior designer has been commissioned to create a stunning ambience at Auchengool House which really succeeds in echoing the charm and artistry of Kirkcudbright. From the wonderful sitting room with comfy sofas and log burner, beautiful dining room and chic kitchen/dining room to the bathroom with antique roll top bath and bedrooms with sumptuous beds, feature headboards and crisp white linen with beautifully colour co-ordinated fabrics and cushions you are guaranteed a luxurious stay. Complimenting the interior of Auchengool House is a charming private rear garden with the remains of the 16th century MacLellan Castle as your backdrop, where you can enjoy dining al-fresco or just sit and relax in the bubbling hot tub, perfect after a day exploring the stunning area.
