This spacious home sits on a private drive just four homes from an expansive beach with no storm damage. The home sleeps 14 in beds easily and boasts six bedrooms two and a half baths, air mattress upstairs for additional guest. Additional futon chair in the Great Room on the second floor. First level deck(2nd floor) polywood dining table, and outdoor seating. Gas grill on this level.
The upper level(3rd floor) includes an oversize living, and dining area, with a Master Bedroom en-suite, with separate tub and shower, and an additional bedroom. Upstairs also offers a sink, counter-top and refrigerator. Wrap around deck off the master and the living room with outdoor speakers. 2 HD Flat-panel TV's and Bluetooth capable music on Iphone/Ipad compatible, on upper floor. Chairs in upstairs deck.
The first floor offers 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and a six-person lighted hot tub built into the second deck. Kitchen features Corian counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Seating for 12 at the main kitchen table. Wrap around deck, with built in Weber BBQ, deck dining table and seating for at least 10. 50" HD TV in the main living area, and one more TV in each of the kids rooms, one with DVD/BlueRay players the other is a Smart TV-with Netflix.
Laundry room is on both the upper and lower level. Beach access is at the end of the block, with one of the few lifeguard stands in Loveladies. Heated outdoor shower, and the Arts Center and multiple tennis courts within walking distance from the home. LBI shuttle bus/trolley at the corner.

Beautiful rose garden, organic mint out back, and hydrangea’s please feel free to trim some for the dinning table. Peach tree as well, the peaches are ripe and a nice treat after the beach.
