• A spacious backyard with a private heated pool, grill area, and various outdoor seating options.
• Four spacious bedrooms with luxury linens and Smart TVs.
• An open kitchen and dining area with bar seating, fully equipped with a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a toaster.
• A full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area.
• Provided linens for all beds, bath and beach towels, and beach gear including chairs, a cart, blanket, and cooler.
Conveniently located just 1 mile from the Mayo Clinic and 2.5 miles from the beach, Osprey’s Rest is ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:
Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.
All events must be approved.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

A pool safety fence for the in-ground pool is available upon request before check-in.
POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Summary: We rented this house with our 94 yo father to visit with the grandkids and great grandkids over the holidays. The location was good for the families scattered around Jacksonville and St Augustine. The inside space was great and backyard with heated pool fabulous. All had a great time. We look forward to returning next year.
