Tower View is very well equipped with a range of facilities on offer including a living area with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa which can be turned into an occasional sofa bed to sleep 2 by special request, along with an open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area with an electric fire, Flat screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 and additional fold up chairs, along with a fully functioning kitchen including a gas hob, full sized fridge freezer, cafetiere, toaster, electric oven, grill, four ringed gas hob and microwave, two bedrooms one with an En-suite wc and low level wash hand basin and the second bathroom which is accessed from the hallway has a large walk in shower, wc and low level wash hand basin.
The property has central heating throughout.
All bed linen and a bath towel for each guest is provided but please be sure to bring along your own beach towels.
Basic kitchen essentials are supplied to include, tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll x 1 and washing up liquid.
Outside on the secluded rear decked area backing on to trees & hedge, you can enjoy al-fresco dining, perfect for an evening meal/drink and daytime sunbathing or take a short stroll across the way to the beautiful Pevensey Bay beach with its far-reaching views across The English Channel.
The parks facilities include a superb indoor swimming pool, gym, laundry and large clubhouse bar and restaurant which enjoys evening entertainment and serves hot and cold food, and the bustling seaside village of Pevensey Bay is just a 10-minute walk away.
The Eastbourne Marina development and Crumbles retail park is also close by offering a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and of course the picturesque harbour itself.

There are very limited facilities during off peak times, however don't forget the beach is just a stones throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.
