The ground floor offers approximately 100 sqm a fully furnished bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a very large bed and a relaxation corner for reading and relaxing, a flat screen television (incl. Satellite TV) and an air conditioner. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet.
The first floor also offers about 100 m² living space. This includes 2 bedrooms (in one of them is a TV (incl.
