This is a very distinctive two-story terrace house with a total of four rooms and two bathrooms.
second floor: 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the second floor.
one bedrooms with queen size bed upstairs are equipped with air conditioning and balcony, the other one with king single bed with air-conditioner.
first floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,living room,kitchen and dining area in the first floor.
one bedrooms with double size bed with fan (no air-condition ),the other one with single bed with fan(no air-condition )
Living room has a comfortable sofa bed and TV with cable.There is free unlimited wifi
one bathroom in the back yard, next door one bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and some basic seasonings, as well as various bowls, cups and pots. You can buy fresh vegetables at a nearby supermarket or visit the most famous fish market in Sydney, which is also the most famous seafood market in Asia, to buy a variety of fresh seafood such as abalone, Australian lobster, and various fresh fish, and showcase your cooking skills in the kitchen.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. You only need to bring personal items, toothbrush, toothpaste, and face towels. Everything else is provided.
Because of its excellent location in the city center, it is a great place for the whole family to vacation together.

The Barangaroo Headland Park opened recently and is a great place to chill out by the harbour or let the kids play on the grass. A great place for picnic or BBQ, or simply watching the sunset.

If you're visiting for work, who cares about traffic or the bothers of public transport when it's just an easy walk to & from the office!
We love this location - all of Sydney's best is on our doorstep and it allows each day to be enjoyed fully. We hope your stay at the house can be equally enjoyable. The public transport network in Sydney is not great and taxis are expensive, so in this location we can live stress-free and take in all of the wonderful things that life in Sydney has to offer.

Public Transport
If you're not much into walking,there is a bus stop 50 metres away with regular buses to the CBD,Town hall Station and Central Railway Station.Hailing a taxi from my front door is easy and takes no time at all for one to come past.To get to and from the airport there is the regular Airport Link train leaving from Circular Quay Station or a taxi takes about 30 mins(depending on traffic).If you required ,We also provide the service to pick you up at the airport on your arrival,and send you to the airport on your departure date.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no parties and loud noise that will disturb our neighbours. The entire property is strictly non-smoking and no pets please. Please ensure you keep the property neat and tidy. Kindly do not remove items from the property to use off the premises, e.g. towels are not to be used at the beach or at a swimming pool. Do not move or reconfigure the furniture so as to avoid hurting yourself and breaching safety regulations. The Host will not be held liable for any injuries or illnesses caused during your stay. All breakages will incur cost reimbursement.
Interaction with Guests:
Door key will be provide when check in. I will leave key in the safe box.But I also can provide support when you need.Baby cot will be provided upon request.
