Less than 10 min walk to town center and additional 5 min walk to Footbridge leading to the beaches, the Lilac Cottage features 1,800 square feet of comfortable home away from home feeling with its 4 bedrooms, 2 full bath, large front deck, 3+ parking driveway with fully equipped kitchen and formal dining. 3 of 4 bedrooms and living room includes ceiling fan (4th bedroom with standing fan) and all bedrooms/living rooms with A/C. Living room with tv and smart bluray player, master bedroom with tv and cable and one upstairs bedroom with smart tv and bluray player. We provide luxury linens, extra amenities, wiFi, and more along with a large front yard for outdoor activities and fun. The kitchen and each bedroom also has usb outlets so you recharge your electronics without the hassle of the usb adapter. We have board games, outdoor lawn games, puzzles, and more. We also provide beach towels, beach toys, folding chairs for the beach and outdoor use, beach buggy, and outdoor dining ware. An extensive front deck perfect for coffee in the morning and BBQ at night while watching the night sky. The deck contains a nice two seater with two white rocking chairs along with a table with chairs, table umbrella and a new BBQ grill. Leave your car(s) parked at the house, walk to town center, the beach, Ogunquit Playhouse and all this town has to offer. Fireplace use permitted for fall and winter rentals only. new pictures have just been added. more to come.

Summary: This was out third consecutive year staying here and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the other two stays. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning in each room, which made the stay even more comfortable in the muggy Maine coast summer.
