Newly built house with 200sqm of built area, the beautiful beach Patacho region of Miracles. Modern architecture, balconies with hammocks and barbecue. It has full view of the sea. Rooms overlooking the beach from the beds. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with two single beds. All with air conditioning and closet. It has large living room, toilet, kitchen, laundry area, and large balcony that gets a nice breeze from the sea, as well as the suites. It features large garden with big shower. Ideal for six people, but can accommodate more using the living room sofa.

Summary: A casa necessita de manutenção. Um dos quartos está com goteiras e a piscina tem com lodo. Embora tenha sido cobrada a estadia por pessoa, não havia quarto utilizável para todas as pessoas pagantes! Um dos quartos estava inutilizável, pois possuía goteiras e a proprietária não se dispôs a ressarcir-nos ou devolver o valor pago adicionalmente. E a piscina necessita de limpeza severa, pois está repleta de lodo.
