This is a three story town home with living area, dining, kitchen and one bedroom on the main level, two bedrooms on the top floor, and the foyer and one bedroom are on the ground floor. Amenities Include: 4 Cable TV's, DVD, Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, and Central AC/Heat. Unit has access to two swimming pools, creek dock and the beach. Saturday to Saturday Rental Linens with Beds Made & Towels Included No Smoking No Pets Capacity: 10 CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented.
