New independent studio. Studio # 3 0 2 is fully equipped for short or long term rentals. Equipped with a 2 DOUBLE size beds. Private bathroom, kitchen and utensils, security box inside the studio as well as private working space with full high speed WIFI and TV.

All guest have access to CIRCULAR FLATS amenities 2 coworking spaces; “the lounge at the first floor and La Terraza on the second floor”.

CLEANING:
Charges also includes daily studio cleaning service, except on sundays. Monthly rentals includes, weekly cleaning service and we also change beds and towels.

Just make sure you have enough time to live the city.

We do not have parking in the building, but 2 blocks away there is a public parking lot with very good rates, you can also park on the street
