Location, Location, Location! You don't have to cross any street to get to the beach. This wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath upstairs + Downstairs 1/1 Apt. beach side vacation home is sure to please. It is located 30 steps to the sand in arguably one of the most beautiful stretches of Fort Myers Beach, and close to everything! The beach in this area has sand dunes, sea oats, and of course the sugar white sand that Ft. Myers Beach is known for. You'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, a marina, and convenience stores close by. There's even a movie theater just around the corner. Park your car and note that there are fewer steps to the sand than to the front door of the house! Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances that lead out to the deck that wraps around the house, as well as their own private bathrooms. This beach cottage is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your Florida vacation, so pack your bags and head this way! The house was recently remodeled with an updated kitchen featuring professional grade appliances. There is a 55 inch TV in the living room and an open floor plan. Gulf views from the porch, and from many rooms in the house. There is approx. 750 square feet of decking which takes the total living space to over 2000 sq. feet approx., and there are two private parking spots included. Downstairs there is a large (650sq.ft.) studio style 1/1 apartment that has been recently remodeled.
