• Smoking & vaping: prohibited. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if we find evidence of this activity.

• Late check-out incurs a fee due to cleaning team schedules and potential delays for incoming guests.

• Hot tub: We thoroughly clean and sanitize it after each guest, but please note it may take a few hours to heat up again
• Wood is provided for the outdoor fireplace.
• Additionally, the sofa can be used for additional sleeping accommodations if required; kindly refer to our policy regarding supplementary sleeping arrangements.
